ESIGN Consent

1. Agreement to Use Electronic Records and Signatures
By using the services provided by Arro Group, Inc. ("Arro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other documents ("Communications") electronically. This ESIGN Consent applies to all Communications related to your Arro account and the services we provide.
2. Scope of Consent
Your consent to receive electronic Communications includes, but is not limited to:
- Account opening disclosures and agreements
- Terms and conditions and any amendments thereto
- Privacy Policy and any updates
- Account statements and transaction histories
- Notices of changes to your account or our services
- Tax forms and other legally required disclosures
- Customer service communications and responses to inquiries
- Any other Communications related to your account or our services
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:
- A device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) with internet access
- A current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- A valid email address and access to your email account
- Sufficient storage space to save or print Communications
- A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to view certain documents
It is your responsibility to keep your hardware and software up to date to ensure continued access to electronic Communications. We will notify you if there are any material changes to the hardware or software requirements.
4. How We Will Provide Electronic Communications
We will provide Communications to you by posting them within the Arro mobile application or website, by sending them to the email address associated with your account, or by any other electronic means we deem appropriate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address and contact information on file with us is current and accurate.
5. Withdrawing Your Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time. To withdraw consent, please contact us at legal@arrofinance.com. Please note that withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to use certain features of our services, and we may be required to terminate your account if we cannot provide required disclosures electronically. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic Communications provided prior to withdrawal.
6. Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. You may update your contact information by logging into your Arro account and navigating to your profile settings, or by contacting our customer support team. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your not receiving important Communications.
7. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication that we have provided electronically by contacting us at legal@arrofinance.com. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for paper copies. Requesting a paper copy does not constitute a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications.
8. Federal Law
This ESIGN Consent is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and applicable state electronic transaction laws. By consenting, you acknowledge that electronic Communications satisfy any legal requirement that such Communications be in writing.
9. Retention of Electronic Records
We recommend that you print or save a copy of all electronic Communications for your records. Electronic Communications may be available for a limited time within the Arro application. We are not responsible for your failure to retain copies of Communications.
