Arro Group, Inc. ("Arro," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a financial technology company and is subject to various state and federal licensing requirements. This page provides information about the licenses and registrations under which Arro and its banking partners operate.
2. Banking Services
Banking services offered through the Arro platform are provided by our banking partners, each of which is a federally insured institution:
- Choice Financial Group — Member FDIC. Chartered and regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
- Cross River Bank — Member FDIC. Chartered and regulated under New Jersey state banking law and supervised by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
3. Money Transmission Licenses
Arro Group, Inc. holds money transmission licenses and registrations in the states where required by law. A summary of our state licensing status is available upon request. States where Arro operates under an exemption or through a licensed banking partner are not listed separately.

4. NMLS Registration

Arro and its banking partners are subject to oversight by various federal and state regulatory agencies, including but not limited to:

These components are licensed under their respective open source licenses, including the MIT License, Apache License 2.0, and others. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Arro platform are the property of Arro Group, Inc. or their respective owners. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the Arro platform grants any license to use any intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner.
