1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arro Group, Inc. ("Arro," "we," "us," or "our") website, mobile application, or any related financial services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arro.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@arrogroup.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Financial Services

Arro is a financial technology company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services are provided by Choice Financial Group, Member FDIC, and/or Cross River Bank, Member FDIC. FDIC insurance up to $250,000 applies only to the failure of an FDIC-insured bank, subject to applicable conditions. Arro's products, including spending accounts, savings pods, paycheck advance, and investment features, are subject to separate product agreements and disclosures provided at the time of enrollment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or through the Services are the exclusive property of Arro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
